In this article we will show you how to access all your orders from your closed tills and how to locate the receipt of a specific order from the Orders Reports.

First, log into your back office and select the Reports section then click on Orders.

Here you will find the list of the orders from your closed till opened during the current period

You can filter your orders by:

  • Start and end date of the period, based on the opening date of the order

  • Start and end hour of the days of the period, based on the opening time of the order

  • Stores, if you have multiple stores

Select Including Tax / Excluding Tax if you want to see your sales with or without the taxes

Click on an order will display its receipt :

The receipt from the Back Office contains exactly the same information as the receipt you've printed when the order had been paid, such as :

  • Opening date and time of the order

  • Name of the seller that opened the order

  • Name of the table where the order had been closed

  • Number of customers on the order 

  • Quantity of product sold

  • Details and total sales with and without tax

  • Discounts and cancellation applied on the order

  • List of the payments made on the order
