This article will show you how to understand, analyse and take the best out of your Product sales report and the data displayed on it, in this report you will be able to see and compare the sales of your products and monitor their performance.

To access your sales report go to your Back Office > Reports > Product sales, once you open it you will see a chart and a list that display the summary of your product sales during the current period

You can filter your product sales report:

  • Start and end date of the period

  • Start and end hour of the days of the period

  • Stores: Select what stores you would like to be displayed in the report (in case you have multiple stores)

  • Or on any product, category, store, product type, menu, meal, options or product with options you like :

  • Select whether you want to see your sales with tax included or excluded and select the main sales data you would like to analyse: cashed sales, quantity sold, taxes collected, costs or margins.

  • Deactivate the summary option in order to display your product sales history during the selected period. The timeframe menu allows you to see your history by hour, day, week, month and year, depending on the period selected.

Export the report with your selected data to your computer as a CSV file by clicking on "export". Once the export is done a pop up will appear to let you know the export has been completed, this export can be opened with Excel, Numbers or Google sheets. The report will take into account your predefined filters in previous steps.
