How to print a SumUp ticket on your printer

In this article we will show you how to print tickets from your SumUp Air payment terminal on your Tiller printer.

Once you have completed your order and the client is ready to pay, click on Pay at the bottom of the screen. 

On the payment screen, select the SumUp payment method and click on Pay.

A popup will appear to complete the transaction.

When the transaction is approved, you will have the option to send the receipt by email like below. To print the paper ticket, click on Skip.

A new popup will appear asking you if you want to print a receipt, to do so simply click on Print.

The credit card payment receipt is automatically printed and you can give it to your customers.
