How to differentiate unpaid and paid orders?

In this article we will show you how to differentiate between paid orders for Click&Collect, Delivery and digital payment. 

You will be able to visually identify orders that have been paid in full from other orders.

The right corner of the order displays a white triangle with the cash icon to confirm that the order was paid online.

Once you notice that the order is displayed as being paid, you can simply close it by clicking on the order and selecting the arrow on the top right such as below.

After doing so, a drop-down menu will appear and you can select Close order.

With this feature, you can quickly and easily identify orders that have been paid for through our digital payment solution, Click&Collect as well as delivery and stay on top of what's happening in your store.
