Accept cash payments with SumUp

Enable cash payments

1. On the SumUp app, tap on the profile icon in the top corner of the screen.

2. Select “Cash payments”.

3. Enable the "Accept cash payments" toggle to activate the cash payments option at checkout.

1. On the SumUp app, tap "Checkout" at the bottom of the screen.

2. Enter a charge amount on the "Amount" screen or select an item from your item catalogue.

3. Tap "Charge" and then select "Cash".

4. Enter the amount your customer paid and the app will calculate how much change is due.

5. Press "Charge" again to confirm the transaction and, optionally, provide a receipt.
