Cancel a single transfer
On your SumUp profile, click "Business Account" in the left-hand navigation panel.
Expand the upcoming payments section below your balance amount.
Select the payment you want to cancel and then click "Cancel this payment".
Hit "Cancel payment" to confirm the cancellation of this payment.
Upcoming payments only become visible on your account three days before payment is due to happen. Check back later to see more details.
Cancel all future transfers
On your SumUp profile, click "Business Account" in the left-hand navigation panel.
Expand the upcoming payments section below your balance amount.
Select a payment in the series you want to cancel and then click "Manage scheduled payment".
Click "Cancel future payments".
Hit "Cancel" to confirm the cancellation of all future payments in this schedule.
Once confirmed, you can only recover transfers by mistake with the consent of the recipient. Payment disputes must be settled separately.
