View my current subscription

  1. Log in to your SumUp profile using a web browser and click the profile symbol in the top right corner.

  2. Select "Profile details" and then "Invoices subscriptions".

  3. Click "Overview" to view your current plan, billing cycle and renewal date.

Cancel or update my subscription

  1. Log in to your SumUp profile using a web browser and click the profile symbol in the top right corner.

  2. Select "Profile details" and then "Invoices subscriptions".

  3. Click "Overview" and then "Change plan".

  4. Choose your preferred plan.

Upgrades to yearly billing will be charged right away so you can benefit from discounted rates. You’ll receive a pro-rata refund for any days left in your monthly subscription.

When switching from yearly to monthly, your yearly subscription will continue until its planned end, at which point, you'll start paying per month instead.

Changed your mind?

Your Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. If you change your mind, you can resume your subscription at any point prior to its end or sign up again.
