Charging and battery

You can charge your Solo using the included 2.0 USB type C cable and charging cradle. The Solo can continue to accept transactions while charging.

Prolong your Solo's battery life by:

  • Changing your connection settings to disable mobile connection when using Wi-Fi and vice-versa

  • Adjusting your screen settings to change screen brightness and how long your screen stays on after you stop using your Solo

Avoid blocked readers

Our card readers have automatic security locks that will permanently block the device to prevent manipulation or tampering.

This lock can be triggered by extreme conditions or forcible impacts. To avoid this, try to avoid temperatures above 40ºC or below 0ºC and don't drop your device.
