Permanently close your profile
On your SumUp profile, click "Support" in the top right corner of the screen.
Scroll down and select "Profile & security" and then "Profile details".
Select "Closing your profile" and send us a message clearly stating your desire to permanently close and delete your SumUp profile.
Before closing your profile
Download reports and note down any other key info you may need later. You can also view what data we store and request deletion.
