Resolve payment issues
Retry the payment - Entering the wrong PIN will cause payments to fail. Check you’re entering the correct PIN.
Insert your card into the card reader - If you’ve hit your contactless limit, you may need to insert your card to make a payment
Check your balance - Ensure you have enough money for the payment by checking your account balance
Check your payment limits - for security reasons we have daily payment limits, check your limits
Check if your card is blocked - You can freeze and unfreeze your card for security. Ensure your card isn’t frozen and try again
Your payment may have been blocked by the card issuer or acquirer for security purposes. Try using another card or payment method.
