Order a replacement SumUp Card
On your SumUp profile, click "Business Account" in the left navigation panel.
In the "Manage card" box, click the icon with three dots and choose "Replace card".
Check the conditions of return and click "Next".
Select the reason you're replacing your card.
Choose a delivery address or enter a new one and click "Next".
Enter your password and click "Place order" to confirm.
This feature is not yet available on iOS, but we're working on it.
Once you confirm your order, your existing card will be cancelled with immediate effect. You will still be able to use Google Pay and Apple Pay.
