How to replace an empty roll
Each Solo Printer comes with three rolls of paper. The first roll is already inserted in the device so you can get started right away. As the receipt paper begins to run out, red lines appear on the paper.
Follow the steps below to replace the empty roll with a new one:
Slide open the plastic flap on the bottom of the printer.
Swap the old roll of paper for a new one, making sure the paper extends over the top of the roll out of the gap in the door.
Close the flap.
Need a new paper roll?
Once you’ve used the 3 provided rolls of receipt paper, you can use any brand of 57mm x 30mm thermal paper rolls in your Solo Printer.
