You can test all our card readers without any risk. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the device within 30 days of receiving it. We will then refund your purchase to the same account you used, within three weeks.

How to claim:

  • To make use of your 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact our support team. They will gladly help you out.
  • You should make a note of the serial number on your card reader, and your tracking ID to ensure that you get a refund.


Please be aware that the card reader must be shipped to our office within the 30 days in order to receive your refund.
