If your card gets lost or stolen, you should temporarily deactivate your SumUp Card. Simply follow these steps:
- Log in to sumup.me.
- Click on “SumUp Card” in the left menu.
- In the “Settings” box, you can switch the toggle next to “Card is active”.
Next, contact our Support Team informing us about your lost or stolen card. We will permanently block the card for you, and then send you a replacement.
Should our agents be unavailable, please always temporarily deactivate your card and then call back during regular business hours.
