What happens if the card gets lost/stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, first temporarily deactivate your card on the Dashboard by following the steps listed below.
Next, contact our Support Team informing us about your lost or stolen card. We will block the card for you, and then send you a replacement.
Should our agents be unavailable, please perform the following steps to temporarily block your card and then call back during regular business hours.
How do I cancel/block my card?
To temporarily deactivate your SumUp Card:
- Log in to your SumUp App or dashboard at sumup.me.
- Go to the Card section in the menu.
- In the “Settings” box, you can switch the toggle next to “Card is active” to temporarily deactivate your card.
But make sure to call the Support Team if you wish to permanently block your card.
